The Administration of Karary University kindly informs all students regarding tuition and examination fees for the examinations scheduled in May 2024 as follows:

First: Examination Fees

    • The examination fee for all internal centers within Sudan (Atbara, Port Sudan, and Kosti) is SDG 31,000 (for theoretical examinations only).

Payment must be made at any branch of Omdurman National Bank in the student’s name, ensuring that the bank officer writes:

“Examination Fees / Student ID” in the payment reference section of the receipt.

    • The supplementary and substitute examination fee for other semesters is SDG 10,000 per course for all faculties (including postgraduate studies).

Payment is made at the examination center. If the number of courses exceeds three, the total fee becomes SDG 31,000.

    • Supplementary and substitute fees at external centers are determined by the respective center committee. Students must contact their center in advance.
    • Practical examination fees are paid separately at the centers at least two days before the practical exams, according to the schedule. The fee is SDG 20,000 within Sudan, unless otherwise specified by the faculty.
    • Payment of examination fees begins on Monday 22 April and ends on Monday 29 April 2024, at all branches of Omdurman National Bank.
    • For students sitting examinations at the Cairo Center, the fee is EGP 4,500, payable before 29 April at the Cairo Center.

    • Students in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Cairo centers must follow instructions provided by the Center Director in previous announcements.

Second: Tuition Fees

    • All students sitting for examinations must ensure that they have fully paid the final installment of tuition fees for the academic year 2021/2022 using the link below (student ID required):

    • Students must ensure correct details when accessing the link: student ID, academic year (2021/2022), and second installment.
    • Students who have not completed payment may do so via Omdurman National Bank or the OKash application using the electronic registration system and student ID, until 1 May 2024.
    • Students must first consult the Faculty Registrar for details.
    • For any inquiries related to registration, students should contact the Faculty Registrar.
    • Students are advised to regularly check the university website and previous announcements for updates.
