NOTICE: OFFICIAL DIRECTIVE REGARDING SEPTEMBER 2024 EXAMINATION AND TUITION FEES - (27/Aug/2024)

TO: All Students Sitting for September 2024 Examinations

  • The Administration of Karary University hereby announces the mandatory fee structures, payment procedures, and critical registration system deadlines for the September 2024 examination session. All students are strictly advised to adhere to the following directives:

PART I: EXAMINATION FEES

  • Centers Within Sudan (Theoretical Examinations)
  • For Three (3) Courses or More: The examination fee is SDG 51,000.
  • Payment Method:
  • Deposit at any branch of Omdurman National Bank.

CRITICAL INSTRUCTION:

  • The deposit must be made in the student’s name. The bank officer must be instructed to write exactly "Examination Fees / Student Number" in the remarks section of the receipt. Failure to do so will invalidate the payment.

For Fewer Than Three Courses (Supplementary/Substitute):

  • The fee is SDG 21,000 per course. This is payable directly at the examination center.
  • Payment Window for Bank Deposits: Wednesday, 29 August 2024, to Thursday, 5 September 2024.
  • Practical Examinations: Practical examination fees are paid separately at the centers at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of the practicals, according to the faculty schedule.
  • 2. Cairo Center (Egypt)
  • For Three (3) Courses or More: 5,000 Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
  • For Fewer Than Three Courses (Supplementary/Substitute): 1,000 EGP per course.
  • Venue: Workers University Buildings – First Abbas El Akkad Street – Nasr City – Dar Al-Iqama Gate.

Note: Students must follow the university website and Cairo Center administration for specific logistical details.

  1. United Arab Emirates (UAE) Center

Fees and logistical details are determined by the center administration.

  • Mandatory Action:

Students intending to sit at the UAE center MUST contact the center director via WhatsApp before making any payments.

PART II: TUITION FEES & REGISTRATION SYSTEM WINDOWS

 

  • Eligibility to sit for examinations requires full tuition fee clearance. Please note the strict, limited-time access windows for the electronic registration system based on your specific faculty and examination type:
  • General Rule: All students sitting for examinations must ensure full payment of tuition fees for their relevant academic year.
  • Supplementary & Substitute Examinations: Students must pay the final installment for the 2021/2022 academic year.
  • *System Access Window: Wednesday, 28 August, and Thursday, 29 August 2024 ONLY.

Faculty of Nursing (Level One – Diploma, 1st & 2nd Semesters): Students must ensure full payment of tuition fees for the 2022/2023 academic year.

*System Access Window: Tuesday, 3 September and Wednesday, 4 September 2024 ONLY.

  • Faculty of Technology (1st & 3rd Semesters): Students must pay the first installment for the 2022/2023 academic year.
  • Blackout Dates: The registration system will be CLOSED for technology students on 28 August, 29 August, 3 September, and 4 September 2024. Students must plan their payments outside of these blackout dates.
