Announcement of September 2024 Examination Timings

The Administration of Karary University announces that the examination timings for September 2024 for all faculties shall be scheduled as follows:

Notes:

1. Faculty of Nursing examinations include the following:

• • Supplementary and substitute examinations for Levels Two and Three (Academic Year 2021/2022)
  • Level One – Second Semester for military students (First Sitting)
  • Level One – First and Second Semesters (Academic Year 2022/2023) for diploma programs (civilian students) – First Sitting

2. Faculty of Technology examinations include the following:

• • Supplementary and substitute examinations for Levels Two and Three (Academic Year 2021/2022)
  • Level One (Academic Year 2022/2023) – First Semester – First Sitting
  • Level Two (Academic Year 2022/2023) – Third Semester – First Sitting

3. All other faculties will conduct supplementary and substitute examinations only.
4. Medical faculties include: Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, and Radiology.
5. Morning sessions will begin at 08:00 AM, and afternoon sessions will begin at 12:00 noon (Sudan local time).
6. Students must adhere strictly to the examination center selected during registration. In cases of force majeure and the need to transfer to another center, students must first obtain approval from both the Faculty Registrar and the receiving center. They must also ensure that they have been issued an examination seat number at least one week before the start of the examinations.
7. Students must verify their registration and seat numbers at the examination center one or two days before the first examination session.
