The Deanship for Scientific Affairs announces the opening of the electronic registration system for students admitted to the (Bridging system ) for the academic year 2019-2020 starting from 12/17/2019
Students should refer to the for Deanship Scientific Affairs and the Department of Information Systems to complete the registration procedure
The last day for registration is on 1/16/2020
Registration steps:
1. The student must make sure of his name on the list of students admitted for this year
- Through the university's website.
- By checking information systems
- By checking scientific affairs
2. Fill out the registration forms for new students and can be obtained from:
- University site (download center registration forms)
- The Dean of Scientific Affairs
- Registrar of the concerned college
3. Heading to the Information Systems Department or the College Registrar to enter data into the electronic registration system, after reviewing the scientific affairs to take the required documents and bring a copy of the Sudanese certificate and the national number of the student
4. Tuition fees shall be paid by the university number in all branches and at of Omdurman National Bank.
5. Tuition fees are determined according to the fees prescribed for students admitted in the 2017-2018 academic year for the same college and specialization
6. After payment, the payment receipt is photographed (3) and stamped by the Financial and Accounts Administration at the University headquarter in Banat Complex
7. A copy for the receipt are given to :
- A copy for the financial management and accounts department.
- A copy given to the Information Systems Department.
- A copy to the College Registrar (with the file)
8. The student's file is submitted to the concerned college registrar
