The Secretariat of Scientific Affairs at Karary University announces that it is now accepting transfer applications from other higher education institutions for all majors. Interested applicants should submit their documents to the Secretariat office in Banat.

As of Sunday, April 12, 2026, through Thursday, April 30, 2026, subject to the terms and conditions below:
- First-level students are ineligible for transfer.
- Students from other universities may apply for a self-financed transfer to Karary University, subject to the following conditions:
- The applicant must have completed all courses in the first level.
- The applicant’s Sudanese Secondary Certificate grade must meet or exceed the minimum admission requirement for the relevant college in the corresponding year.
- The transfer process must take place upon the start of the academic level.
- The student must have successfully passed all courses taken at the transferring college.
- The student’s period of study at the receiving college must not be less than half the standard duration of study at that college.
- A student may only be transferred after fulfilling the above conditions and obtaining approval from the University President, followed by approval from the General Administration for Higher Education Admissions.
Students studying at non-Sudanese universities must:
- Have their academic records authenticated by the Sudanese Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country where they have studied.
- Have their degree certified and evaluated by the Sudanese Ministry of Higher Education.
- Have their degree authenticated by the General Administration for Higher Education Admissions and by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Documents Required for Application:
- Application form
- Original + a copy of the Sudanese Secondary Certificate or equivalent.
- Original + copy of academic transcript certified by the General Administration for Admission, Evaluation, and Certification of Diplomas.
- A Copy of the National ID Number.
- A Copy of the payment receipt (50,000 SDP) – Application fees must be paid into the university’s account (27143) at the Omdurman National Bank. Please write “Transfer Application/Student’s Name” in the remarks section.
