The Faculty of Pharmacy at Karary University is proud to announce the commencement of the Shahbaa Educational Pharmacy Project. Representing a major leap forward in pharmaceutical education, this project is the first of its kind among pharmacy faculties across Sudan.
Project Highlights & Funding:

- Investment: The project is being established with a budget exceeding 2 million Sudanese pounds.
- Sponsor: Fully funded by Al-Shahbaa Pharmaceutical Company as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative.
- Integration: The pharmacy will operate as a vital component of the pharmaceutical research and development centre within the faculty.
Academic Vision & Impact:
Under the direct supervision of the Department of Pharmaceutical Practice, the Shahbaa Educational Pharmacy is designed to revolutionise the student experience through:

- Structured Practical Training: Providing hands-on, structured training programmes for students across all academic levels.
- Bridging the Gap: Connecting academic theoretical knowledge with real-world practical training during the students' study period.
- Elevating Standards: Enhancing and developing core concepts of Good Pharmaceutical Practice (GPP).
Empowering Graduates: Qualifying highly competent, practice-ready professionals equipped to support and advance the healthcare system both locally within Sudan and internationally.
