NOTICE: OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM – ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023 - (24/Sep/2024)

    • TO: All Registered Students Across All Faculties
    • The Administration of Karary University hereby announces the official opening of the electronic registration system for the 2022/2023 academic year. Students are required to complete their registration and tuition fee payments through the authorized channels detailed below.
      • Official Payment Channels
    • Tuition fees must be processed exclusively through the following methods using the student’s official university number:
    • In-person at any branch of Omdurman National Bank. Via the OKash application billing system.
      • Registration Schedule by Semester
      • Registration will be conducted in two distinct phases based on the academic semester: Phase I: Odd Semesters (First & Third)
      • Dates: 20 September 2024 to 10 October 2024
      • Eligibility: Open for all faculties and all academic levels.
      • Phase II: Even Semesters (Second & Fourth)
      • Dates: 11 October 2024 to 11 November 2024
      • Eligibility: Open for all faculties and all academic levels.
      • Important Financial Directives
    • Late Payment Penalty: Students who fail to pay the first installment during Phase I will forfeit the option to pay in installments. They must pay the full tuition fees (combining both the first and second installments) during Phase II.
    • Examination Eligibility (Levels One & Two): Students in Level One and Level Two across all faculties must ensure that all prescribed tuition fees are paid in full prior to

 

the commencement of the final examinations scheduled for 16 November 2024. Failure to do so will result in being barred from sitting for the exams.
