The College of Graduate Studies hereby informs all students who have successfully completed the coursework stage that exceptional procedures have been approved for the distance-based supervision, follow-up, and examination of complementary research.

Due to the current security instability and conflict in the country, these remote measures will remain in effect until stability is restored. We pray for peace and security for our nation.

Students are strictly required to adhere to the following procedural guidelines:

  5. No student may commence the research phase until 100% of the tuition fees have been paid.
  6. Following supervisor assignment, the department shall submit an official list of students, research titles, and proposed supervisors to the college registrar for final approval by the dean.
  7. Students are required to maintain regular communication with their supervisors throughout the research process.
  8. Supervisors must submit a comprehensive progress report to the College Registrar every three (3) months.
  9. The Assistant Dean, Registrar, and Coordinator shall maintain a fully documented electronic file for each student.
  10. When the research is complete, the student must contact the department coordinator to initiate and receive instructions for the final defense.
