Announcement: Mandatory registration confirmation and collection of examination entry permits

TO: All Students Sitting for the November 2024 Examinations

This is to officially notify all students that physical attendance at the designated examination centers is strictly required to confirm registration status and obtain examination entry permits. Students are required to adhere to the following directives:

1. Verification of Examination Timetable

Prior to attending the center, students must consult the official university website to verify the examination timetable specific to their faculty, ensuring accuracy regarding dates and session start/end times.

2. Schedule for Permit Collection

Students must report to their designated examination centers on the specific dates allocated below to complete their registration and receive their seat numbers:

2. • Port Sudan Center: Thursday, 13 November 2024

   • Atbara Center: Wednesday, 13 November – Thursday, 14 November 2024

   • Kosti Center: Tuesday, 12 November – Thursday, 14 November 2024

   • Omdurman Center: Tuesday, 12 November – Thursday, 14 November 2024

   • All Other Centers: Tuesday, 12 November – Thursday, 14 November 2024.

3. Required Documentation

Failure to present the following documents will result in the denial of the examination entry permit:

1. Valid, original identification document (University ID or National ID);

2. Original receipt of tuition fee payment (covering both the first and second semesters);

3. Original examination fee payment receipt;

4. One (1) recent passport-sized photograph.

4. Examination Day Protocol

Upon successful completion of the above process, the examination entry permit and seat number will be issued. On the day of each examination, students must arrive at the examination hall at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Latecomers will not be accommodated.
