The Examination Committee announces the mandatory registration and document verification schedule for the February 2024 examinations. All candidates at the Port Sudan and Atbara centers must complete this process in person.
- Registration Dates & Times
- Wednesday, 7 February 2024: 11:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Thursday, 8 February 2024: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(Registration will take place at your respective examination center.)
- Required Documents (Checklist)
Students must bring the following documents:

- Valid Identification: National ID, university ID, passport, or any other valid ID.
- Fee Receipts: Printed copies of both tuition fee receipt and examination fee receipt.
- Photographs: Two (2) recent passport-size photos.
- Important Rules & Instructions
- No Center Changes: Changing the selected examination center is strictly prohibited.
- Missed the Survey: Students who did not complete the survey may register at their preferred center during the specified times.
- Verification: All documents and fee payments will be verified during the registration period.
