This survey is intended for Karary University students enrolled in odd and even semesters of the academic year 2021/2022, as well as new students for 2022/2023, covering the following academic levels and semesters:
- Faculty of Medicine
- Semesters: 10th, 8th, 6th, 4th
- ·First- and Second-Year Students (Semesters: 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Faculties of Engineering, Pharmacy, and Dentistry
Semesters: 8th, 6th, 4th
· First- and Second-Year Students (Semesters: 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Faculties of Radiology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Computer Science, Arts, Administrative Sciences, and Nursing
- Semesters: 6th and 4th
- First- and Second-Year Students (Semesters: 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Faculty of Technology / Nursing Diploma
- Semester: 4th
- First- and Second-Year Students (Semesters: 1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Purpose of the Survey:
The survey aims to determine suitable examination centers for students.
Examinations to be Conducted:
- Second Sitting Examinations: For even semesters (Academic Year 2021/2022)—for students who did not sit for the May 2024 examinations.
- Third Sitting Examinations: For final-year students (Academic Year 2021/2022)—for those who did not sit for the May 2024 or February 2024 examinations.
- First Sitting Examinations: First and Second Semesters for Level One students (Academic Year 2022/2023 – new students).
- First Sitting Examinations: Third Semester for Level Two students (Academic Year 2022/2023).

Students must carefully complete the form and ensure accuracy in selecting the correct academic year and semester, as decisions will be based on the submitted data.
Examination centers will be assigned based on student population density in their current locations.
Some centers may be merged or canceled, and final decisions will be made by the university administration.
The examination period is expected to begin between 31 August and 15 September and will last for a period not exceeding one month.
