NOTICE: OFFICIAL DIRECTIVE FOR THE COLLECTION OF GRADUATION CERTIFICATES – 2024

TO: Graduating Students Listed on the Official Graduation Lists

The Administration of Karary University – Atbara Center hereby announces that graduation certificates for the eligible students whose names appear on the official lists are now ready for distribution.

Graduates are required to visit Atbara Center during official working hours to collect their certificates strictly according to the schedule outlined below:

1. COLLECTION SCHEDULE BY FACULTY

Sunday, 10 August 2024:

• • Faculty of Administrative Sciences
  • Faculty of Medical Laboratory Sciences
  • Faculty of Computer Science

Sunday, 18 August 2024:

1. • Faculty of Arts
   • Faculty of Dentistry
   • Faculty of Radiology
   • Faculty of Technology
   • Faculty of Nursing
   • Faculty of Pharmacy
   • Faculty of Engineering
2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

To successfully process the release of the certificate, the graduate must present the following:

2. • A clear copy of the official tuition fee payment receipt.
   • One personal passport-sized photograph.
   • A valid, original identification document (University ID or National ID).
3. COLLECTION BY PROXY (THIRD PARTY)

If the graduate is unable to collect the certificate in person, a designated individual may collect it on their behalf, provided they present ONE of the following:

A formally written and signed authorization letter from the graduate;

OR

* The original National ID of a first-degree relative (parent, sibling, or child).

4. STRICT DEADLINE AND LIABILITY NOTICE

Graduates are strongly advised to collect their certificates within the designated timeframe.

Please note the following critical policy:

- If more than two (2) months pass from the date of this announcement without the certificate being collected, the university reserves the right to revoke the immediate collection privilege. The student will be solely liable for any administrative, legal, or academic consequences arising from this delay.
