TO: All Students Sitting for November 2024 Examinations
The Administration of Karary University hereby announces the mandatory fee regulations and tuition clearance requirements for the November 2024 examination session. All students are strictly advised to adhere to the following directives:
PART I:
TUITION FEE CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

- Eligibility to sit for the November 2024 examinations is contingent upon full tuition fee clearance for the specified academic years.
- Category A (Level One & Level Two – First Sitting): Students must ensure full payment of tuition fees for the 2022/2023 academic year (all installments). The payment system will remain open until 11 November 2024.
- Category B (Graduating Students & Carried Courses): Graduating students with outstanding requirements sitting for substitute/supplementary exams AND students sitting for carried courses (substitute, second sitting, or resit) offered within Level One or Level Two must ensure full payment of tuition fees for the 2021/2022 academic year (all installments).
Strict Notice: Payment for Category B will be accepted ONLY on 12 November 2024.
PART II: EXAMINATION FEES
Payment of the prescribed examination fee is mandatory for all students sitting for the November 2024 examinations.

- Payment Window:
25 October 2024 to 11 November 2024.

- For Centers Within Sudan (Theoretical Exams):
- SDG 51,000 flat rate for students sitting for three (3) or more courses.
- SDG 21,000 per course for students sitting for fewer than three courses (applicable to supplementary or substitute examinations). Payable directly at the center.
- For Centers Outside Sudan:
Fees for supplementary and substitute examinations are determined by the respective center committee. Students must consult their center director in advance.

- Practical Examinations:
Practical examination fees are paid separately at the examination centers at least one (1) week prior to the commencement of the practicals, strictly according to the schedule set by the faculty.
PART III: OFFICIAL PAYMENT PROCEDURES

- To ensure payments are correctly allocated to student accounts, the following methods must be strictly observed:
- Payment of Examination Fees (Centers Within Sudan):
Deposit fees directly into the Karary University account at *Omdurman National Bank** (account number available at the bank).

- CRITICAL:
You must ensure the deposit is made in your exact registered name. In the bank remarks/instructions field, you must type exactly "Examination Fees / [Your University Number]".
The original bank receipt must be retained and presented upon request.

- Payment of Examination Fees (Centers Outside Sudan):
Fees shall be paid directly at the external center in coordination with the Center Director. The official receipt must be retained.
3. Payment of Tuition Fees:
Tuition fees must be paid exclusively through the electronic registration system using your university number via the *Omdurman National Bank billing system** OR through the OKash application billing system. The electronic receipt must be retained.
PART IV: VERIFICATION AND INQUIRIES

- Further Assistance:
For any inquiries regarding registration, fee clearance, or examination eligibility, students are advised to consult directly with their respective faculty registrars.
By directive of the university administration, failure to meet these financial obligations by the stipulated deadlines will result in the denial of examination entry permits.
Examination Fees at External Centers (November 2024):
- Cairo Center:
- EGP 5,500 for two academic semesters
- EGP 3,500 for one academic semester
- EGP 1,000 per course (supplementary or substitute) for fewer than three courses
- Saudi Arabia Center:
- SAR 1,000 for all examinations
- SAR 150 per course (supplementary or substitute)
- United Arab Emirates Center:

- AED 1,500 for all examinations
- AED 800 for postgraduate students
